This 2-hour course is to assist a person in gaining knowledge in properly clean and maintain their firearm. The friendly and helpful Family Tradition Gun Range, LLC instructors will demonstrate and assist the student in basic field stripping process, properly cleaning, properly lubricating, reassembling, and function checking of their firearm. After the firearm is reassembled the handgun, we strongly advise the student going onto the range and test firing at least one round in your handgun to assure that the firearm is in proper working order. If you do not have a cleaning kit, cleaning product, brushes and patches we can help you select a cleaning kit for your firearm(s). Remember after you have fully cleaned your firearm it has no longer been test fired until you do it yourself. Don't let your first test round after cleaning being in a self-defense scenario and you did not properly reassemble your firearm.
