  This program is designed to assist in the development of strong tactical defense techniques to better protect themselves & their loved ones against imminent serious bodily threats posed against them. The TACTICAL DEFENSE TRAINING PROGRAM will consist of four 2 hour training sessions. Whether you are a concealed carry person, an open carry person, or strictly home defense person, this course will benefit you. This program is for experienced shooters. This program will challenge students mentally and physically. Prerequisite classes such as basic handgun, concealed carry, or personal coaching may be required. We strongly recommend enrolling in a basic course or personal coaching prior to registration if you do not have safe working firearm knowledge nor the skill set to complete this program. Any safety violation of any kind will result in your dismissal from this training program with no refund. Everyone must abide by all safety standards set forth along with state and federal firearm laws at all times.

  This eight-hour course is required to be completed prior to applying for a North Carolina conceal carry handgun permit. During this course the student will be responsible for demonstrating safe handling of the handgun and ability to load and unload the handgun. Also, the student will be required to demonstrate 80% proficiency or better with a handgun. A 30-round course of fire will be given. The student will fire 10 rounds at 3 yards, 10 rounds at 5 yards, 10 rounds at 7 yards at a target.  Students will also be instructed & tested on basic parts of handguns and laws that govern the North Carolina conceal carry handgun permit.  Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion needed to obtain the North Carolina concealed carry permit. Family Traditions Gun Range, LLC requires all registrants have a safe working knowledge of the handgun being utilized for testing purposes.   This one hour course is to assist a person in gaining knowledge in properly clean and maintain their firearm. The friendly and helpful Family Tradition Gun Range, LLC instructors will demonstrate and assist the student in basic field stripping process, properly cleaning, properly lubricating, reassembling, and function checking of their firearm.  After the firearm is reassembled the handgun, we strongly advise the student going onto the range and test firing at least one round in your handgun to assure that the firearm is in proper working order. If you do not have a cleaning kit, cleaning product, brushes and patches we can help you select a cleaning kit for your firearm(s). Remember after you have fully cleaned your firearm it has no longer been test fired until you do it yourself. Don't let your first test round after cleaning being in a self-defense scenario and you did not properly reassemble your firearm.

  This program is designed to assist in the development of strong tactical defense techniques to better protect themselves & their loved ones against imminent serious bodily threats posed against them. The TACTICAL DEFENSE TRAINING PROGRAM will consist of four 2 hour training sessions. Whether you are a concealed carry person, an open carry person, or strictly home defense person, this course will benefit you. This program is for experienced shooters. This program will challenge students mentally and physically. Prerequisite classes such as basic handgun, concealed carry, or personal coaching may be required. We strongly recommend enrolling in a basic course or personal coaching prior to registration if you do not have safe working firearm knowledge nor the skill set to complete this program. Any safety violation of any kind will result in your dismissal from this training program with no refund. Everyone must abide by all safety standards set forth along with state and federal firearm laws at all times.

Once all aspects of safety, functionalities, and basic marksmanship students will be given even more instruction from a certified instructor during a live fire exercise on the firing line.

  This eight-hour course is required to be completed prior to applying for a North Carolina conceal carry handgun permit. During this course the student will be responsible for demonstrating safe handling of the handgun and ability to load and unload the handgun. Also, the student will be required to demonstrate 80% proficiency or better with a handgun. A 30-round course of fire will be given. The student will fire 10 rounds at 3 yards, 10 rounds at 5 yards, 10 rounds at 7 yards at a target.  Students will also be instructed & tested on basic parts of handguns and laws that govern the North Carolina conceal carry handgun permit.  Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion needed to obtain the North Carolina concealed carry permit. Family Traditions Gun Range, LLC requires all registrants have a safe working knowledge of the handgun being utilized for testing purposes. We strongly recommend enrolling in a basic course prior to registration if you do not have safe working firearm knowledge. Pre-registration is required. Deposits are not refundable.
